We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we are happy to help guide you through our refund and return process.
General Return Policy:
Contact Us: To start the refund process, please reach out to us at shop@ajjewelry.com with the following information:
Your order number
Reason for the refund request
Any supporting details or documentation. Once we've reviewed your request, we will inform you of the next steps.
Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Shipping the Return: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipping process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved items, custom names, birthstones, etc.) Personalized items are custom-made just for you. As such, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the engraving.
Handmade candles (if opened or used) If the candle you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Handmade Jewelry & 18k Gold-Plated Jewelry: Due to the delicate nature of handmade and gold-plated jewelry, items are only refundable if they are damaged upon arrival. Any signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Any items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with pictures of the damaged product. We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective products at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
